Well I cant believe anyone could even use cruel and insults to anyone regarding the sensitive nature of a sons death! Im not sure if forums should be created to handle such because hopefully there isnt enough incidents to make us have to create a forum for. Such ignorence and lack of emotion definately shouldnt be tolerated! id rather see your friend come back and the person that cruel remarks that made her leave be banned ! Send your friend my sympathy and ill keep her in my prayers. Hello Kathy, It is a very sad day indeed when we have to moderate our forums to keep out unwanted emails. Recently there was a forum where one Adlandpro member attacked another Adlandpro member because the first member was unhappy with some service this person had received from the second person. Luckily the matter has been resolved and it is hoped that such a forum will not be repeated again. If there is any nastiness or abusive emails in future, it is best to contact the owners of Adlandpro straight away to sort out the issues. I am very sorry that Hilda has left Adlandpro, because of the insensitivity of another member/s. It is very sad when there is family loss and I express my sympathy to Hilda. I myself have lost three friends to death (two of them relatively young) in the last month due to illness. If possible we should try to have our forums open and unmoderated but if these attacks continue, we will have no choice in the matter of moderated forums. Kathy, It is just shameful that people think that they are somewhat better than the next person. If you can't help someone why hurt them in anyway? People that does this sort of thing should be banned from the community. You can converse without being crude. But people will be people. Love! - JP

I have a forum for my team and it is moderated and the rules of the forum are crystal clear. Instead of Hilda being so upset and having to leave this fantastic forum. The offender would have been moderated and the offending material removed. The offender would then be contacted by the moderator and warned. If they decide to leave the forum then its there decision. If they carry on as if nothing has happened they are removed from the forum completely, with no access to any of the many features within it. I know that people are free to voice there opinions. But opinions are different for each of us. So keep them to yourself if its of a personal or could be classed as vindictive to someone directly. This was obviously a very harsh attack on an inocent person sharing there experiences. Kathy you have 110% support for moderation of the forums.
