Place a short time limit.....must act soon or lose.... tactic often used by MLMers and affiliates. Do research, often just doing a search on google will reveal the scam, people are quick to post to google in these cases. it is such a shame, that people have to revert to this kind of thing to make a buck. There are so many opportunities out there, that are good

I think that people get in such a mindset that everyone is trying to scam them, that when the real deal comes along, they miss it.

We need to focus on the good, and when the bad comes up, we are smart enough to recognize it.

You were very smart!!!! you checked them out first. That is key when looking at any type of investment or business transaction.

I have received so many of this type of scam both on line and off that I just throw them away, or , sometimes because they say it will take 6 to 8 months to get the check if I don't pay the courier fees. I mail them back without any money in them saying I will wait the 6 to 8 months. I don't think I will ever get the cheques but it might make them think that they are not so smart after all.

I agree that these people should be dealt with and I am ashamed that they are Canadian.
