Hello my friends, Theres alot of controversy over freedom of speech and someone governing what you say, they feel there rights are being fringed upon, its a really tough call here guys,But do we let people say what they want to us? I was personally threatened this morning by a so called prominate person of the community that i better watch my step or hell have my head spinning so fast I wont know what hit me!!! I just wrote him back saying you might be older than me but Im not afraid of him at all.People think because they think there so important here they can bully you around, guess what?,Im the new bully patrol here, do not take my angel wings and bend them.So as you see this is becoming a big threat to people here, I hear it all day long from members.thank you all for your support, me and John really admire your courage. kathy martin

Gee kathy, If they have already left...how are they going to know about your request? (tee hee). In all seriousness I am sorry to hear about this incident. If you know who did the bashing you might check to see if you can have them/him/her blocked completely or have our members block manually (a feature of adland as most of us know). Perhaps a little public humiliation will help them see the woe of their ways.

Hi John, Kathy and all, There is NO room for that kind of behaviour here or anywhere else for that matter. Personal attacks in a public forum or through private messages is not acceptable and the perpetrator should be held accountable for his/her actions. I'm truly sorry to hear about Hilda and hope that nothing like this ever happens again. I have no problem with moderators being appointed to help take care of things like this. Hello Kathy. What has happened to your friend is awful and there is no excuse to behave like that. I think members who are threatened or verbally abused should open a forum and report the abuser who should be notified that in this community there is no room for rude people and that his/her account will be shut if any other report about this is received by Adland Directives. Hi Miss Kathy, I think that moderators can be a good thing. And again could be abused easily as well. I do think that all forums wether private or public should have the ability to be edited or pruned. This may be the case but unlike my offsite forum, there is not an edit button for me to delete offensive posts. I may just not know how to operate the forum here tho. I have not had a major trouble with rude people here as a rule. Mike
