	Hi Thomas, Throughout my life I have had many aquaintences but very few friends. It hasn't taken much for me to accept or deny a person as a riend. When I was younger and was in a group of friends if they wanted to go somewhere that I did not particularly want to go, I would simply thank them for the invitation but gracefully decline to accept. As I would walk away from the group I would notice that three oe four others would break away as well. I would silently smile. Illimination would eventually become routine. I would laugh and joke with my friends and another friend would come by and I would invite him or her to join us. That friend would be of a different religion or culture than the others, but some of those already in the group would poke me, and say that they had to leave. Respect has been a large part of what I looked for. Not respect for me, but rather respect for those that I chose as friends. I would say that the best friends that I have right now are the friends that I have made at AdlandPro Community. They may not always agree with my opinions, however they do respect what I have to say, You, my friend, have proven time after time to be a true friend to me and many others in this community. Don't always agree with others for the sake of avoiding an arguement, but do always agree with respecting that person's opinions. There are times that it can be very difficult to do so, however it does avoid many conflicts. As an example, if your wife approaches you in a new dress and say's "Does this dress make me look fat?" smile and say, "Yeah, baby. Got the job at Met Life, huh?" It's football season, it's normal to wear a football helmet. As i said trust is a big issue for me but also honesty is too and without either one you best step off or else. My view is that you take life with a grain of salt its easier on the stressful day that you have anyway, dont blow them off just step back a little and reflect on how that person might feel at the time of posting or Pm or whatever, its a sign of respect. Threats dont amuse me anymore and mindless chatter is for the birds when it comes to business, make your point,find a solution if it needs one and move on. I think Joe needs some more Hugs what do you think? lol. How are things going for you Mike? hows your weekend??
