Depression is not something to discuss casually. It isn't just sadness over something that has happened. If Johnathon is indeed suffering from this condition, then his state is quite vulnerable. I think it's wrong at this point to start offering business opportunities as a "cure" for someone in this condition, no matter how they may have helped.

Pray for Johnathon if you want, but there is only one piece of advice that should be offered here:

Johnathon, you need to speak with professionals about this. You have to go and see your doctor.

Hi Jonnathan!

I have suffered from depression my whole life. However, I wasn't aware that depression was what ailed me until about 12 years ago.

I have gone through a battery of anti-depressants, and have found success with one.

I would suggest talking with your doctor about medication, and counseling as well. Counseling is a wonderful thing when it comes to depression, if for no other reason than it can help you to learn coping skills.

Maintaining a healthy diet and geting regular exercise helps a great deal too. Physical activity is a great way to reduce stress. It also helps get the brain chemicals for feeling good, pumping.

If you need someone to talk to, give me a shout.
