Neil You're a star!! Us old guy's have got to stick together: I really admire tha fact that you're STILL playing Beach volley ball, at 71!! Truly, keep it up: the body is like a car, if you don't use it, you lose it! I'm out on a deep sea fishing trip, next Sunday; which, if you've ever been out on an eight hour trip you will know, can be very physically demanding! I'm really glad to hear a more positive note coming back into this forum! I'm sure that Linda(Craftie Dutch) did not intend this topic to deteriorate the way it has done! Hello Linda, Well you have started a good one here, in all senses of the word!!. First of all I want to make it quite clear that I am a member of Adland from choice. Adland membership or participation is VOLUNTARY. I am very gratful to the team that make it possible and agree with Chris that it is a Community and that we should get the very best out of it - which we will get if we give our best. I am not sure whether or not your comment on the POTW should have been addressed here or elsewhere - maybe both at the same time - say writing to the team with your ideas and telling them that you are going to run a forum on the subject too. What I ask is if it is possible to have this nice feature internal in AdLandPro. It doesn't seem right to me. If you see this Team - please take note. I think that it is a bit of a popularity contest - but that's life. It's a community forum not a court of law. If anyone wants to turn it into a political style cavassing exercise - they obviously dont understand the nature of a community. I think that Bodgdan and his team could usefully look at this point and their rules on the subject Another thing that bothers me is the incredible quanity of Person, Stars, Featured person, etc etc etc of the week that have started up. They take up an incredible amount of time to attend, and dont leave one with very much time to participate in other forums, where you can get to know people a lot better. If I know someone who has been nominated, of course i want to congratulate them, but sigh.......so many times (nothing personal Georgios - you know I love you really) If anything they stop me from getting to know people, because of the time they take up. It is a little overwhelming. Just some opinions I wanted to put across. It's not something I feel very strongly about, except that I cant imagine anything more terrifying than actually being voted POTW. I think that you winners are very bravae. Saludos Jenny

Linda, There is not a question here but an accusation. Persoanlly, this would not go over well with me, if you sent a forum to all your friends list and made statements about how my forums are managed. If there is a problem with a forum and its management, the forum owner should be e-mailed. The discussion should be between you and the forum owner. I seldom involve myself with the POTW which is my choice as are all forums. If at any time the forum is offensive the owners will be contacted. Personlly with all the many notices received when the forum is created, there is not time to answer these multiple notices. If everyone would address their problem to the proper scource, things can be fixed quickly. We are building antimosidy here. It seems last week there was a post accusing a member of being a scammer. There again, does all your friends list need to hear about it or should the Adlandpro management have been your place to get help?
