Hello John, You will be fine. You stood your ground. That is what is important. Many people would have given in. I find that when I am right, I am out on a limb. You will recover quickly. Don't worry about staying on that plateau day after day. That is impossible. Self Esteem is loving yourself as you are. We all hit low points. Oh, you should have seen me this past Sunday.
