Yay! Voters of the Week is returning!!

During the write-in election of 2009, I chose 2 voters every week, in certain numbers among the comments, (I remember I chose the 7th and 10th from last, counting backwards among all commenters, so people couldn't plan to be 7th or 10th from the beginning of the comments) and also displayed their photos and a link of their choice at the bottom of the winner's bio every week.
