Well here I go again and I might say well in advance I post this without the eloquence of others that participate along here.
I think that based upon what we can read in this, and other forums, that there is a huge potential that we CAN consider these to be pyramids. If it looks like dog poop, and it smells like dog poop, please don't ask me to taste it to confirm it is dog poop, 2 out of 3 aint bad and I can accept that.
Now here is where I start to become really confused. I see other forums that talk about how good these programs are, and as has been pointed out once, what difference does it make where the money comes from, now that just blows me away. It makes a difference.
So here is the curve ball, when I was discussing the Pay Pal randomizers, the question was raised, "Who reads the terms and conditions?" In the end a large number of people had their Pay Pal accounts saved from the potential of cancellation for not abiding by the terms and conditions. This fact proves that you should read them, no matter where or what you are joining, take for example joining up here at AdLand, does anyone take the time to read the terms and conditions?
Did anyone see where it states:
3. Conduct
As a user you agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available content which meet the following criteria:
illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or harms minors in any way;
false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative.
that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
4. Content
As a user, you understand and agree to the following:
All postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the our services, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated.
Okay, I see illegal, I see false, I see deceptive, I see deceitful and in point number 4 I see liability. We also have seen it stated that autosurf programs are known for contaning viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Now this is only presented to be informative and is posted as a result of knowing that people admitedly do not take the time to read the terms and conditions. So just like I took the time to point out Pay Pals, I a taking the time to point out some of AdLands.
So no hand grenade in there, just the facts as good Ol' Sgt. Friday used to say, "Just the facts". What might even be considerd worse is if there were ever a person in a position of responsability leading others to follow them down a road perhaps best not travelled. Should they not be walking a higher moral ground, and adhere to the terms as they are layed out to the letter?
I leave that up to you to decide, and to question, is recomending autosrufs which could be deemed pyramids against the terms as posted here? Temrs that we are all expected to abide by.
I am only presenting the facts.
