Hi Helen,

This is a very important video and of course this thread is the right and proper place to post it. Thanks for sharing it with us.

I've read extensively on this subject over the years and the man explaining the history is 100% correct in all he says. It might not be easy for some to accept the truth about slavery but it's not a difficult task to verify all that is said in the video.

One thing I'm not sure he mentioned was that the majority of the slaves sold to the transatlantic market were supplied by the Muslim slave masters. They caught them and sold them to shipowners who shipped them to Europe and the Americas.

Thanks again for sharing.

Shalom,

Peter

Hello Peter

I think this video can appropriately be posted here. It is about the slave trade in the Middle East and in the world. It is what I believe to be the truth from all that I have read about Islam and Muhammad. I think the man giving the information is an Arab. Notice what he says about Muhammad. If he still lives in the Middle East, he might not live long.

The video might have been better named perhaps but the information will be new to many people.

There is no doubt in my mind that if it had not been for the booties and the slaves gleaned from invasions and raids, the Islamic "faith" would never have lasted. Muhammad got the following he did because he offered to share the booties and the slaves including sex slaves ...and the greed and lust won a lot of followers for Muhammad which he managed to brainwash and control through fear. What a nightmare religion!

Hi Helen,

Thanks for the interesting article about the Zion Oil & Gas company. They've been active in oil and gas exploration in Israel for many years. The owners are Evangelical Christians who have a deep love for Israel and its people.

It seems that the prophecies are correct cos not a month goes by when new discoveries are made of massive quantities of oil and gas.

Most have been offshore and the quantities will make Israel oil and gas independent which will greatly improve both the security and economy of Israel.

Just last week PM Netanyahu was in Cyprus and signed treaties in regard to the oil and gas discoveries both countries have had over the past few years.

An interesting aside here is that Turkey is in turmoil about the agreements between Cyprus and Israel as are Hezbollah in Lebanon on the Israeli offshore discoveries. I posted not long ago about one of the massive discoveries offshore with an Israeli company who has had much success over the past few years with their explorations.

Shalom,

Peter

Hello Peter

Here's an article that might interest you. But then, maybe you know about this already.

Holy Land's oil, gas potential

Russ Jones - OneNewsNow - 2/21/2012 10:55:00 AM

A Dallas-based company that explores for oil and gas off the coast of Israel has announced it is expanding its operations there.

Zion Oil and Gas logoCompany officials for Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. (NASDAQ GM: ZN) announced Monday at the National Religious Broadcasters convention in Nashville they will expand their exploration territory from 218,000 acres to 530,000 acres in northern Israel. The publically traded stock company will re-enter a well it first drilled in 2009 -- the same year that a natural gas discovery was announced, approximately 50 miles west of Haifa, off the Israeli coast.

In April 2010, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) issued a report which revealed massive amounts of undiscovered oil and gas remain in the "Levant Basin" -- which encompasses both onshore and offshore areas and most of middle and northern Israel and coastal Lebanon and Syria.

Richard Rinberg, CEO of Zion Oil & Gas, spoke during a press conference at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville. He said he is optimistic about the prospects of hitting oil -- particularly because Israel is surrounded by other oil-rich Middle Eastern countries.

"Historically Israel has always been energy-starved, which leaves it in a very weak position," he noted.

Victor Carrillo, president and chief operating officer of Zion Oil, said the company is working hard to help Israel be energy-independent. "Certainly offshore we've seen those world-class reserves, but even onshore," he stated. "And as [founder] John Brown ... says, it's not a matter of 'if' but 'when' it will be found."

While many experts believe Israel is barren of oil, Zion executives believe biblical prophecies reveal where Israel's oil is located.

RE: HSIG- ::Iran Threatens Pre-Emptive Strike On Pre-Emptive Strike
2/23/2012 11:58:56 AM
Hello Friends,

In the next two posts I'm presenting two different views on the Iranian threat to the world at large if they are allowed to become a nuclear power. Both actually arrive at the same conclusion but one is looking at the Israeli perspective and the other more from the American (and world) perspective. The major topic is a threat by the lunatic Iranian regime that they will strike against Israel and the United States.

We've been witness over the past month with the debate in the MSM worldwide and the different countries take on the possibility of a preemptive strike against Iran by Israel. The main "villain" here (as usual) is the B Hussein regime with his MSM lackeys. So even though Israel hasn't threatened a preemptive strike aside from saying all options are open the Iranians are threatening to preemptively strike as a result of the B Hussein non stop discussion about an Israeli strike with worldwide MSM aiding and abetting the fraud's lunacy.

The discussion about the attack isn't sourced from Israel cos they are always tight lipped about any attacks planned/security issues and as the situation with a pro Islamic US president it would be madness to tell him/them what their plans are. Without this information they are already doing as much damage as possible by this continuous rhetoric about Israeli plans for an attack. All B Hussein is trying to do is insure that an attack against Iran won't take place before the upcoming elections.

The flip flopping by the B Hussein regime about the dangers of a nuclear Iran are mind boggling. One day there is no danger of a nuclear Iran and the next day the same regime lackey says the exact opposite.

I'll not go into more detail cos the following 2 articles touch an all the different aspects of the B Hussein campaign and drive to postpone an attack if it really is in the planning from happening this year or at least before the November elections. The dangers to Israel, the US and the world aren't relevant to the fraud B Hussein cos his personal victory/success is his only concern at the moment and throwing Israel under the bus is definitely nothing he'll lose sleep over (he's very experienced at that). His past actions and agenda surely prove that beyond a doubt.

The 2 articles are important if you really are interested in understanding the true situation and not the snow job the B Hussein regime is trying to pass off as facts.

Shalom,

Peter

Top Iranian general warns that the Islamic Republic will pre-emptively strike anyone who threatens it.

A top Iranian general warned Tuesday that the Islamic Republic will pre-emptively strike anyone who threatens it, The Associated Press reported.

The news agency quoted Gen. Mohammed Hejazi, who heads the military's logistical wing, as having told the Fars news agency, “We do not wait for enemies to take action against us. We will use all our means to protect our national interests.”

The remarks come following speculations in the media that Israel may launch a pre-emptive strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities. Both the U.S. and Israel have not ruled out such an attack, but the Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey, said earlier this week it is “premature” to decide to attack Iran at this point.

Last week it was reported that officials in key parts of President Barack Obama’s administration are increasingly convinced that sanctions will not deter Tehran from pursuing its nuclear program and believe that the U.S. will be left with no option but to launch an attack on Iran or watch Israel do so.

The report in the British Guardian said that there is a strong current of opinion within the administration – including in the Pentagon and the State Department – that believes sanctions are doomed to fail, and that their principal use now is in delaying Israeli military action.

The growing concern among U.S. officials that Israel may strike Iran without consulting with the Obama administration may have led to the U.S. extending an invitation to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to meet with Obama in Washington on March 5.

Obama's National Security Adviser Tom Donilon said on Monday that the two leaders will discuss the "full range of security issues of mutual concern."

Donilon concluded three days of talks with Israeli leaders in Jerusalem amid escalating tensions over on Iran's nuclear program. He met with Netanyahu, Defense Minister Ehud Barak and others.

The White House described the talks as a reflection of the Obama administration's "unshakeable commitment to Israel's security."

Earlier this week, Iran threatened a “crushing response to Israel’s slightest move”. The Islamic Republic’s ambassador to Lebanon, Qazanfar Roknabadi, said on Saturday that “Iran will not start a possible war with the Zionist regime but will deliver a decisive response to any aggression by the regime." As usual, he refrained from using the term “Israel.

Hello Peter

I've read all your recent posts. Thanks for your comments. I didn't see your posts for a couple of days. I thought you had disappeared :))

I don't mind if you say so, when you think I am wrong about something. I'm not perfect, even if I like everyone to think I am :)). If it is the comment about the Jews not accepting Christianity, remember it does not mean the Jews don't accept the Christians; it is Christianity they have a little trouble with if I understand it correctly. Maybe I am wrong about that. I don't mind if you clarify that or anything else.

This project you are involved with ...can you tell us more about it? Or is it a private thing.

You can always write me to my private email, if you ever wish to do that.

Have a great day ....everyday!!

Helen

Hi Helen,

Thanks for the Avi Lipkin videos. I've watched many of his videos including the 4 you posted. While I agree with much of what he says there are certain things I disagree with but that doesn't in any way reduce from the importance of his work.

His message is an important one and from what I understand and have read is well accepted by those listening to what he has to say.

There are a few things you added in your comments that aren't really correct but I won't go into them here. Over the past few years I've been involved in a project here in Israel that unfortunately is still in the planning stage due to the extremely high costs of this projects. In any case it's about Evangelical Christians and Israeli counterparts from orthodox Israelis to secular Israelis. The 2 major owners of this project are a very Orthodox Israeli and a secular Israeli. I sincerely hope that it will see the light of day in the next few years.

Shalom,

Peter

Hi Peter

Here are the videos by Avi Lipkin. He makes some very good points in his talk so listen carefully.

For those who don't know who Avi Lipkin is let me give you a brief description. Avi is a Jew who goes everywhere talking about Islam. Avi Lipkin is not a Christian Jew nor is he a Messianic Jew, both of which have the same meaning.

Avi Lipkin speaks to many, MANY Christian churches. I find this amusing. Here is a Jew telling the Christians to convert Muslims to Christianity. Keep in mind that Jews generally don't accept Christianity. I do think the Jews are getting to love us Christians more and more as time goes on, however, and some Jews are becoming Christian Jews. Jews, please understand that you have the unique position of not having to give up your faith, your Jewishness to be a Christian.

Here's are the Avi Lipkin's videos ......

RE: HSIG- Mideast Expert Phares: Obama Turns Blind Eye To Iranian Peril
2/23/2012 12:31:52 PM
Hello Friends,

Here's the second article about the Iranian threat with Walid Phares a Middle East expert about the B Hussein regime not considering Iran to be a danger or a threat to the world, Israel and the United States. Another very interesting read and goes in depth with this issue.

Shalom,

Peter

Mideast Expert Phares: Obama Turns Blind Eye to Iranian Peril

Middle East expert Walid Phares tells Newsmax that the Obama administration is not convinced that the Iranians pose a serious danger — even as a top Iranian official declared that his country is prepared to launch a pre-emptive strike.

Phares, while noting that he believes the Iranian quest for nuclear weapons is “not stoppable,” also says a resolution passed in the U.S. Senate last week is a “message to the administration” that it is time to confront the Islamic republic before it obtains such weapons.

Coincidentally, Phares’ remarks in an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV on Tuesday came on the same day that an Iranian official vowed that his country would take pre-emptive action against its enemies if it felt its national interests were endangered.

"Our strategy now is that, if we feel our enemies want to endanger Iran's national interests, and want to decide to do that, we will act without waiting for their actions," said Mohammad Hejazi, the deputy head of the Islamic republic's armed forces.

Story continues below the video. Watch the video here.

Phares is the author of "The Confrontation: Winning the War against Future Jihad" and "The Coming Revolution: Struggle for Freedom in the Middle East." He is a regular Newsmax contributor and advises members of Congress on the Middle East.

In the exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV, Phares says economic sanctions on the Iranians won’t persuade them to stop their nuclear weapons development efforts.

“The Iranian regime is convinced that they are going to go forward with their program,” he says.

“That program includes the nuclear weapon, but also the delivery system. They’re working very hard on missiles, both intercontinental when they can, and regional, and certainly they can put Israel, most of the Arab countries, Europe, Moscow, India, and our fleet in the Gulf and in the eastern Mediterranean in their range.

“But they are also going to try to negotiate gain time. In the meantime, the buildup of their weapons system is on. It’s not stoppable.”

Asked whether Israel will disregard urging from the United States not to launch a pre-emptive attack on Iran, Phares responds: “Certainly the Israelis have their own clock that is different from the American clock, the European one, or the Arab one. It has to do with the width of Israel. It has to do with Israel unaccepting the idea that they could absorb one strike.

“So if the Iranian regime is very close to putting a weapon on a missile, then no questions asked, [the Israelis] are going to try to take action. They will try to coordinate with us or inform us at the end of the day.”

Phares adds: “What you see in Iran is preparation for confrontation, and if you don’t confront them it’s like the National Socialists in the ’30s. If you don’t stop them, they’re going to continue. After Czechoslovakia, it was Poland, then France. And after Iraq it’s Syria, and then Lebanon and eastern Arabia.

“It seems to me the Obama administration is not convinced that the Iranians are really a threat. It is convinced that they are a nuisance, and a deal eventually after those sanctions would work. That’s the view of this administration.

“But what we have now in the Middle East is way more dangerous than what we had before, even after the killing of bin Laden and after the Arab spring. What we have now is an Iran that is much closer to the bomb. And you have the rest of the Middle East falling slowly under the hands of the Muslim Brotherhood.”

The United States needs to contain Iran and the jihadists and partner with real democratic forces in the Middle East that are ready to work with America, Phares says.

A bipartisan group of senators passed a resolution last week declaring that it is unacceptable for Iran to obtain a nuclear capability.

“This is a necessary move,” Phares observes.

“These moves are basically coming a little bit late in the process, but they are always important. This is a message to the administration — a message to all the presidential campaigns — that we need to keep in mind that, while we are going into our political processes here the Iranians are moving forward, and there will be a day when if we don’t check them they will come and say here’s our weapon and you’ve got to deal with us as a nuclear force. That is what the Congress does not want to see happening.”

As for Iran’s threat to close the Strait of Hormuz, where 20 percent of the world’s oil passes, Phares tells Newsmax: “The Iranians don’t need to shut down the Strait of Hormuz. They need to threaten, and that’s what is happening.

“That’s why the prices are going up. Americans have to be very careful about the next stage because what we see now in terms of prices may go well higher than what we are accustomed to.”
