Thank you all for your comments.  No one has all the answers and not every answer is the correct one.  Perhaps the point that I was trying to make, (as I usually do not make myself clear) is a point that was made earlier and that is to agree to disagree.  I feel that you are all my friends, and when I have a statement to make I do not intend to anger anyone by my statement.  Jim's answer sounds quite vague to me.  If the constitution states that you have to be a Natural Born citizen (but for future American's, not us?) that sounds a lot like "Do as I say, not as I do." This is not the United States of America of two hundred years ago.  This is the United States of America today. I just wonder where all the kind, loving, Christian friends of our community ran off to???  I don't Hate anyone and it saddens me to see my friends being hurt because of what they believe in.  Why can't we all give the man a chance?  We gave Bush two chances and look what he did, oh, I forgot, to a lot of you he is the best president that we ever had.  As far as Obama's million dollar house, at least he knows how many he owns.

Here is the simple fact, if he has nothing to hide why not produce the documentation?

All 43 previous holders of this office followed the rules.  As did McCain.  Why should he not have to do the same? 

The documentation can settle the issue. 

The only reason for not being open and above board can only mean there is damning evidence of some sort, like whom his real father may be and the land of his true origin. 

Neither of his parents were serving abroad on active duty as McCain's, I might also add.

This is just one issue I have with the person, I have stated others, William Ayers, Tony Rezco, Khalidi,Odinga, Dohrn and his slips of the tongue, among others. 

I could care less if he is red, blue, yellow or black.  It never fails to amaze me that you choose race as your card to play.   What a small thing to do, all I can guess is that it makes you feel better about your decision. 

I am truly disappointed in the level you choose to play on, particularly you, Thomas, very hypocritical in my view, sir.  If you can't win the discussion you choose to toss out the race card. 

Personally, I am just as much a mutt as the President Elect is, but, I have no problem proving my place of birth, my transcripts or anything else required, should I decide to run for office. 

That is the difference, you fail to see or accept.

Jim, thanks for taking action on behalf of Concerned American Voter. Your emails are on the way to Capitol Hill.
An individual copy of your letter will be sent to each official:

November 8, 2008

Dear Representative Bilirakis,
Dear Senator Martinez,
Dear Senator Nelson,

When you were first elected and as tradition requires you have sworn the oath: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and fait hfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."

Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: "No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States."

There are numerous questions as to Obama's citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!

Documents that must be produced include;
(a) a certified copy of "vault" (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
(d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
(e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
(f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.

It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.

These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.

We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question before 20 January.

Hello All... and happy Monday !

While the seed planting continues in this forum so that Knowledge and Wisdom can grow, be shared and gained, we all need to take a step back and take a look at the bigger picture.

First, Mr Obama is not our President. He still needs to take his oath of office; GWB is still at the helm until that day. 

While BHO is being presented as doing what he has always done throughout his campaign, i.e. " looking and sounding presidential ", there is still much that he and his staff must do to prepare for that day. As they proceed, we will hear more about his many proposals, his future goals that he will try to deploy and attempt to enact and to make into law. None of which can be implemented with out the vote of the House, Senate, Congress, etc. It is true that he is selecting his team from past presidential teams; he is being consulted in making those selections. He should be cautious over all of them, so he does not select anyone with a " Judas " personality. When one checks out every president before him, you find that each has had their own " Judas ". One who chose country first when considering the poor behavior of the man sitting in the oval office.

Remember too that we have had President's in the past who have been impeached, and tossed out of office for their poor behavior and decisions, and in how they reacted and performed their duties as President.

Mr. Obama is no different. He messes up, he's gone, plain and simple truth.

As I have stated before, I fear that he will be assassinated. It is a fear, not a wish. Even though 3/4 of the Caucasians in this country voted for him, it was no landslide victory. That faction in our populous still resents him being who he is to this country now and are livid.

I pray that none of us have to witness seeing Mrs. Obama and those precious children weeping on International television as the casket rolls down the street followed by the dark horse with no rider, as we did with JFK.
