Hi Emmanuel (as this is for you), Working with people is a hard thing to do. People are so different, starting with colour (and this is the most obviouse) and going through culture and education (do not mention taste and other subjective thinks) But Emmanuel is working for people, and that's wonderful. Only a dedicated person can do this. Only someone who loves his menkind, and only a few can do this; and Emmanuel does! That is why we have to treasure and respect him more.
