I agree with Crystal 1000%. Good service should come first not price. If the service is right the price shouldn't matter.
I know for me customer service is my number one priority when it comes to my customers. They are #1 to me.
I know from a customers point of it I appreciate it when i am told a certain thing & it is backed by the truth, not some phony excuse as to why things are not the way I was told they would be.
