	Hi Linda, Well, I was leaning toward 81% for good service until I read Kenneth's post. He's right. More people go to WalMart for pricing even though it's not the best service. (I won't even go to WalMart between thanksgiving and New years! LOL!) My personal preference is good service, so I still give it a 64% rating. Curious to see the results. Angela

	I'm not sure what the survey would have said but just from my experience, if I knew the product, I would go for the price. But if I wasn't sure what I needed, I would surely look for good service. But really, if you don't know anything about what you are wanting to buy, you better look for the better service. Martha

	Integrity of the product must be part of this, unless it was assumed to be included in the "good price". Since I don't assume much, it's a three-way ballot decision.

	Hello Linda, Well much I would like to think that good service counted for a lot - I am afraid I am plumping for the 81% who look for a good price. The cheapest supermarkets and stores where I live have the longest queues!. Happy New Year to all Jenny
