Hi Neil, You see, while you are an Atheist and I am a Christian, we both have a lot in common, as you already know. What we also have in common, it seems, is to have to face intolerance for what we believe. As you have seen in my earlier post, there is often a big difference between those who call themselves Christians and those who truly follow Jesus Christ (these are the ones who were first called Christians at Antioch.) Even now, we are often called "Weird" by others who call themselves Christians. For centuries, Christians were slaughtered by the thousands by others who also called themselves Christians. So you really need to know what people really stand for before just accepting the label they (or others) have put on themselves. As I've said before, those who would discriminate against you because of the way you choose to believe or not believe are NOT following the teaching of Jesus Christ, the founder and only completely true example of Christianity. God bless, Dave

Such a great post Dave!

... KUDOS ...

Like a Martin Luther King "dream", I look forward to a time when the whole earth can live in harmony and peace ... free of hatred and racism ... when all mankind are treated as equals in rights, liberties, freedoms, and the persuit of happiness!

Knowing that "dreaming" is passive and does nothing to change "reality", I will "do my share" to "create a better atmosphere condusive to such changes".

Sincerely,

Dr. Albert I. Morin, N.D.

... GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS ...

Hi Albert, The world would be a most wonderful place if the whole earth could live together in harmony and peace. However, due to the nature of human beings, it is very unlikely to happen by our own efforts. That said, each person who is willing can do their part to make this world a better place. It may seem like a small part of an impossible task, but it is worth every bit of the effort. God bless, Dave
