Hi, Neil: As I've said... personal attacks are just out of line here, and the fact that you have NO idea where I've lived or what I've experienced (or anyone else in the community for that matter), combined with you're assumption that you know more, only serves to bring your true arrogance to light. Thanks for that. Oh, and kudos on turning this into the Neil Reinhardt show! Way to go, buddy. Hugs, Robin

Robin. 1. Because SOME people consider what I say to be a personal attack does not make it one. 2. If you want to see what a REAL personal attack consists of, it can be arranged. 3. Your comments about what I said "BRING TO LIGHT" how POOR YOUR Reading SKills are. I said NEVER said I had more knowledge and experience than you and Tina. I SAID "THE ODDS ARE" Of course, MAYBE you do not understand what "the odds are" means. If so, it is not my fault you do not. (And note the word is "MAYBE") 4. So it seems you should most cetainly consider taking a course in reading comprehension as well as Norm. 5. As far as my "taking over the forum, please note most of my posts are in reply to those who have directed their comments toward me. JUST AS YOU HAVE DONE! Neil ---------------------- And Norm, AnaMarie. who lives in Romania, reply to you certainly proves to me how mostly wrong you were about that.

Neil,

I am trying to understand why you are so angry in your response towards everyone in this forum? Whats up with that?
Does it make you feel better if you bully people around with your choice of words which are filled with anger and bitterness?  Does that make you feel better about yourself somehow?

I would like to be your friend but you make that very hard by your negative attitude towards others and their opinions in this forum.
Don't you agree that we are all intitled to our own views? We all experience things differently in this life, so we see and express things differently. So we all have our own opinions, and thoughts. But in the end we live on the same planet. We should try to be at least civil with each other especially in this community  where we try to be respectful towards each other. Thats one of the great things that sets this community apart from others.

There are few things that are as unpleasant as listening to someone who thinks he or she knows it all, and then trashes everyone around him or her.

If your not happy here I am sure that you can find a community somewhere that specializes in hate speech. Maybe you would be happier there?
This is not how we treat each other here.

This forum is not about you Neil. You have expressed your thoughts now please let it go. You have said more than enough.

Thanks,

Leonard

Neil, Neil, Neil: If you honestly think that I would take to heart any personal attacks against me, online and from total strangers-no less, then you go right ahead and waste your time and energy trying to do just that. Oh, and I promise to take a "Reading Comprehension" class, just as soon as you take one for "Anger Management". Is it a deal, friend? Miracles & Blessings, Robin

The principalities of Wallachia and Moldavia - for centuries under the suzerainty of the Turkish Ottoman Empire - secured their autonomy in 1856; they united in 1859 and a few years later adopted the new name of Romania. The country gained recognition of its independence in 1878. It joined the Allied Powers in World War I and acquired new territories - most notably Transylvania - following the conflict. In 1940, Romania allied with the Axis powers and participated in the 1941 German invasion of the USSR. Three years later, overrun by the Soviets, Romania signed an armistice. The post-war Soviet occupation led to the formation of a Communist "people's republic" in 1947 and the abdication of the king. The decades-long rule of dictator Nicolae CEAUSESCU, who took power in 1965, and his Securitate police state became increasingly oppressive and draconian through the 1980s. CEAUSESCU was overthrown and executed in late 1989. Former Communists dominated the government until 1996 when they were swept from power. Although Romania completed accession talks with the European Union (EU) in December 2004, it must continue to address rampant corruption - while invigorating lagging economic and democratic reforms - to fulfill the requirements for EU accession, scheduled to take place in 2007 or 2008. Romania joined NATO in March of 2004.
