That sounds familiar, Venerina. I have no discs at all between some
neck vertabrae, The pain is relentless and the meds only  relieve some
of it. I have found some alternate ways of treating it that are working
for me.

1. 1 oz of Noni juice twice a day. "The Vitamin Shoppe" has lowest price.

2. A product called "Fibro-Response" made by Source Naturals

3. Concentrated Fish oil with at least 300 dha and 300 epa

4. ACT From M2cGlobal

5. A number of other herbs and vitamins with a good mineral content
containing manganese 5mg and magnesium gluconate 500mg

These products do not interfere with medication.
