Dear Venerina, As to the verdict of a herniated disk in your neck, have you thought of going to a Chiropractor? A friend of mine has two herniated disks in his back and literally could not walk, was facing surgery, went to a Chiropractor who has him back on his feet and walking. I am so sorry that you have had to endure this and hope that whatever decision you make works out for relief! Margaret

I know I avoid Doctors better than anyone. But would have died without them.
