Obstacles
A man got to Heaven and was standing at the gate
The Angel cried loudly "You will have to wait"
He didn't understand so he asked her why
The Angel replied "Let the others pass by"
So he waited as a constant throng
People from all nations walked by him in song
They sang the songs of life thier story
Of Acts long lost by time and Glory.
Then a bell tolled and he started to fear
What have I done wrong? He was waiting to hear.
After the last one passed him by
The Angel spoke out "I'll tell you why"
She said "these that you see are the common among you.
They took the gift I asked you to do."
But when you got here your life was renewed
You changed your ways and got the gift too."
You started to rise above the crowd
And you built upon the small life, be proud ! "
There is more now that you have to do
You can go back to a life that is renewed.
You can't get in right now you see,
Because you are still needed from sea to sea
Accross the whole world between me and you
You have the gift of Unconditional Love and a New Life too."
