Where would be better?  They are of no bother until one scrolls and then they begin jumping.

Hi Flo, Thanks for trying to help! I delete my internet files a couple of times a day. I think the slowness comes from the fact that my computer is too old and can't be upgraded. Time of day or day of the week seems to have something to do with it, also.

Mary, How about somewhere on the left of the page? That way the popup won't be in the text being read or the reply box a person is using.

However, I don't need those pics at all when sending e-mails, reading forums, etc.  I set aside a time and look for friends.  I could spot them on the slide show so much better.
