Good comment Maggie on the advantage of Forums.

We have met some of our Top Producers from realtionships developed on Forums.

Amazing that people who have the energy & discipline to discourse with others, just might be natural Networkers.

We currently have a discusiion Forum going on the Ryze network as we speak. Clivck here to read or join in.

Our Lead Conversion program has also netted some fine recruits. Some of our less experienced asociates are getting 15-20% Conversions.

We are still offering the 30 Day Free Trial.

Recruiting is the easiest thing in building the Network Team, training and follow through is the secret to success, and that is where most fall apart.

Two months ago I found a system that has increased my downline enormously. They give everything you need to enrol members successfully. They even teach you how to do it using their online success marketing guide which is free. In fact they give so many techniques and advice that recruiting become very easy.

Check it below.

A better question is How Do You Get MOTIVATED Recruits!?! I've gotten a lot of my recruits by using paid advertisements on home business websites, forums, and ezines. Paid advertisements tend to be better because you can usually target your ads to a very specific audience. You want to reach people looking to start a business, not buy a car, build a deck, etc. Ezines in a related topic area are usually the way to go.

Even with targetted ads though, it can still be hard to get people in. It is a trial and error process, unfortunately, until you find the best combination of ad type and location that works for you. You might try joining an advertising co-op to help keep your costs down. Expect to pay at least $30 for a website ad, more or less depending on the popularity and traffic of the site. I highly recommend that you use paid ads rather than free, unless you have a lot of time! Don't bother with FFAs or Safelists--I've tried several and have never got a sign-up or a sale from them--just a TON of email!

Some people use F@ree in their ads to attract sign-ups--but I think that just gets you a lot of unmotivated "freebie-seekers" who will expect a check for doing nothing!

PPC is another option--you pay every time someone clicks on your ad. But it can't get very expensive, very quickly--not recommended if you're not experienced yet. Don't ever pay for "free" as a keyword in a PPC campaign--BIG mistake! (I've done it!)

I wrote an article, A Beginer's Guide to PPC, it's on my website if you're interested. There are a couple of of articles on promotion there as well. It's not a membership site, all content is free.

Hope this helps!

I'm new around here and new to network marketing also.  I'm wondering what the "three-foot rule" is that was mentioned earlier in this thread.  Would someone be so kind as to explain this to me?  Thanks!

3 foot rule, refers to the practice of pitching your business to anyone who comes within 3 feet of you.

I will strike up conversations with people but I do not approach everyone who I talk to about my business. Not everyone is qualified to be in a business of their own, nor are they necessarily suitable for Network Marketing.

I think Network Marketers are cut from a different cloth.  Networking is not easy and I realize now that it actually requires more discipline and determination than most jobs ever will.

On the extremely positive side when done successfully Networking will reward you in the way that most people with jobs can only hope to dream of.

I'll get off my soapbox now.
I got tired of struggling to succeed in building my business. It's frustrating doing things that don't work, time and time and time again. So I searched and searched. I found resources that could help me and others. Do you know anyone else who might need
