DAMN, WHEN I GET DONE CRYING, I WILL POST! (3 minutes later) I end up crying every time I watch the ABC's "Extreme Makeover" and it just happened again. This time is was cute little kids getting their Hurricane wiped out Base ball park and facilities replaced. COOL! Ok, to the subject at hand. I have seen many highly successful mlm's with their top distributors earning great money one month be out of business the next month. (And sadly, been in a few of them myself.) So Linda, I sure do agree with you. BEFORE the Internet, 45% of ALL active mlm distributors and nearly all (if not all) of mlm's "Heavy Hitters"worked MORE than one program AT THE SAME TIME. And now, since the internet has really made it much easier to do, the percent of ACTIVE mlm distributors who work from several, to many programs at the same time is much higher than that. They do this because: A. They know even the BEST companies go out of business. B. They have need for another companies products to do their first business. (Like a lead program) C. They have need for another companies products for a different reason. D. They just want to earn more. (And probably other reasons) ----------------------- FYI Anyone who is REALLY interested in Network Marketing should buy, read, study & keep for reference, Len Clements book entitled, "Inside Network Marketing" (Be sure to get the 2nd Edition.) As you may not know about Len, he IS the world's most knowledgeable person on the subject of Network Marketing. Hi Linda :) interesting topic, thanks for sharing, I have been in multiple income stream before, but with one thing or another, something always got in the way, or for one the business it no longer took reps outside the US. So I just want to concentrate on one biz for now, at a time, I'm working with a great team of people that I have known for years, which fits well for me while I'm trying to deal with things in my personal life. Really its up to the individual and what they can cope with and enjoy. Have a wonderful day !!! :)

Hi, Linda and Friends: I've wondered, also, whether it's better to focus on one business opportunity. I've tried so many different programs, advertized as well as I could, with no results. But I prefer to have more than one, since a lot of companies disappear for one reason or another. I tend to multi-task a lot, like many people networking online, and only have so much time, energy and money to invest (which I don't do all the time!). A friend suggested making up a schedule of tasks and length of time for each, and sticking to it. That worked for a while for me, but then I find something new that sounds realistically promising, and change the tasks....and hope for better results. I continue with meditations, prayers and affirmations - for wise discernment, which doesn't come clearly to me, most of the time. However, I know I am blessed in various ways, rich spiritually, and am in process of receiving prosperity/financial blessings! I just want it sooner than later! lol like us all, right?!
