Hi Gary, I've been trying to think of the sentence you're speaking of, as it seems familiar in some way. But I've been feeling a little snarky today.... :-D Using a repetitive connector can be very effective at times. God bless, Dave

Hi Shannon, Your site is looking better every time I look at it! Way to go! Yes, it is amazing that even some of the biggest and most expensive sites are guilty of having many typos, spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. It's a terrible shame the way our language is being mashed and mangled to death these days. English has been built from so many other languages, has an incredible wealth of words, and should be one of the most beautiful and descriptive languages in existence if it is properly used. Thank you for doing your part! God bless, Dave

Hi Martha, It's a pleasure to meet you! Getting someone else to proofread for you is an excellent idea. I have been blessed with a very strong ability to write, but am certainly not perfect. The mistakes I make are usually not with complex words, but with simple words typed too fast. My wife is a great proofreader for me, when she's not too busy. :-) If I type and instead of an (a common mistake I make), she'll catch it instantly. God bless, Dave

Hi Katherine, Thank you for finding and sharing that definition for us! I guess it must have been a word I learned when I was very young. My grandparents on both sides are from Scotland, England and Wales, so that's probably where it came from. Thank you for standing up for our language! God bless, Dave

Hi Robert, :-D There's nothing worse than sending out a GREAT sales letter only to realize when you look at it moments later that there's a glaring spelling or grammatical error in it (or even worse - a mistake in the URL or phone number! :-( ) God bless, Dave
