Dear Samantha, If you do get him, don't go alone. Your soon-to-be ex does not seem stable. And don't say, "He would never hurt me seriously", because every dead soon-to-be ex-wife said the same thing before she was killed. I don't know him, but please, if he has already been threatening you, he is not stable, and you may want to consider taking a police officer with you, or a very good, strong friend, etc. Be careful and safe, and I hope to see your post letting us know you got him back soon! He is alright...He is staying with his uncle..He is going to go ahead and finish school where he is at and than he is on his way home...can;t wait. I will definitly keep everyone posted on what is going on with my son... Samantha

I understand what you are going through. My daughter has 2 children, when her baby was about 8 months old, her ex-husband who denied the child was his, lied to her, sent her home to me, he would not allow her to take her children with her and a few months later gave her one days notice of her pending divorce date, she had no way to get up there to defend herself. she lost her children in the divorce because she was not there to be able to fight for them. Now a year and a half later, her ex-husband has quit his job, turned in his life insurance for the money and has an addictiopn to "Ice".He was able to afford a good lawyer, she had no job and no one ther to help. she is trying desperately to get her kids, she is in the same baot as you. so I am writing.
