Hi Dave, Excellent information. I really enjoy your posts. I have made decisions on emotion before as well...oops! Oh well, you are not learning if you aren't making mistakes. You advice is very good and speaks to both ends. When choosing to buy, check yourself first, and wait...when you are presenting your business, get to the emotion. People love to buy, they just don't want to be sold. Alana

Hi Trina, I really like what you had to say in this post. Researching a business first is the way to go. There is no easy money unless you win the lottery, however your odds of getting hit by lightening are better. Alana

Hi Walter, Yes, it's always interesting to ask someone who is claiming that people are making tons of money in their business just how much money she or he is making! Most are not making a nickel. I can tell you from experience that it CAN be done, but it IS a lot of work. You have to love it. God bless, Dave
