Re: Con Artist or Great Salesman?

Hi Dave, To continue this discussion, in my case I am not looking for the "quick buck" or the "make money without any work" deals. What I am looking for is information that explains step-by-step what to do in certain areas. For example, how do I build that first web page, how do I set up an autoresponder, how do I set up and write an ezine. Some of the ebooks I purchased promise to teach some of this information but do not do a good job of it. I did get into a ponzi type business without realizing it, but after a couple months of learning they really didn't have a product, I got out. Two other "opportunities" I signed up for also were heavily into the "sign up more members to make money" rather than focusing on products so I got out of those also. I am learning from experience but of course this is after losing a little money. When I started out in this internet marketing business I was a complete newbie. It is difficult to sort out the bonafide companies from those just wanting to line their pockets with your money. Thanks for the forum. It is great to get the views of other members too. DonnaZ
