Dear Dave, In most instances, ask yourself--if this is THAT good of a deal, and the seller really is making THAT much money, why give it a deadline? Very good insights. Thanks,

Hi Cheri, It happens to us all! It's interesting that several big stores including Sears have gotten into trouble for putting up products at greatly inflated prices, then dropping them to the regular retail price and having a big "sale." You really have to be on your toes! God bless, Dave

Hi Donna, Here's a trick that applies to virtually anything you find online. Before you buy, do a Google search on it. If there's no information available on it, it's still too new (buyer beware). You can find out almost anything through the search engines. Always follow the links posted in comments on forums as they often make a totally different point than what the forum poster is using them to support. Always remember when you're doing such a search that opinion is NOT fact. Keep digging until you find facts. God bless, Dave

Hi Shannon, Well said! Hey, I like what you've done on your jewelry site - you DO have some really nice pieces there - now I know immediately when I go there what your site is about! You're on the right track. :-) God bless, Dave

Hi Dave, You have put together a couple of wonderful primers on how NOT to get taken. I hope your message is reaching the masses. It's well written and easy to understand. The more people are educated in this area, the fewer scammers there will hopefully be, since the goal is to no longer have anyone falling prey to their scams. Ok, I know this is way too optimistic, but it is a good goal! Thanks for the time you have given to share this vital information. ;)
