Hi! For Kathy: I didn't have your email address, but check your Adland messages. There should be one from me (a reply to yours) with link in the PS at the bottom. For Winston: Glad to know it "WOW'd" you. lol. Incidentally, when checking book publishers, the Library of Congress will work if the book is published in the USA. If a book is published in Canada, you need to check the CIP at Archives Canada (National Library) I think it's at collectionscanada.ca, but if that's not the right one, I can look it up for you. : ) Linda

Linda, I just sent you my email addresses and phone number. Now you can keep up with me. I just read thru the 2nd exercise and it WOW'd me too. Very well done. Now we have even more work to do. I haven't finished the first one yet.

Hello Teammates, I wrote to Linda with my results so far on the Foundations Exercise. I was so stumped. She is helping me sort my thinking out. :) Also, she wants me to post my questions here so we can all benefit from these questions and solutions. Also, I need all your input as well. My challenge, so far, is to decide what to focus on. I have so many interests and directions I could go in. I tend to do everything at once and nothing works well with the shotgun approach. So, I will try to sort thru my list and find the one thing that just can't wait and focus on that. This is what I have needed to do, but it sure makes my head hurt. Just kidding. Really I am very excited about working on this project with Linda and all of you.

Kathy, My head is hurting too! I know what I want to do but was concentrating on just the gourds. Now I see that I should be adding all kinds of other products that people will want with the gourds. My main competition is way ahead of me on that. When I was doing all my research I started seeing things I would like to sell along with my gourds. Now to figure out how to contact the producers and see if we can work something out. My big problem is I don't want to carry lots of inventory. No money to buy them in the first place and nowhere to store them either. I was hoping for a drop ship type of arrangement but not all will do that. I had contacted the company that makes a tool I use but I would have had to buy and then sell and that is out of the question. Martha
