Roger, at the bottom of every page is a "contact" adminisration.

Affiliate referrals are listed in community affiliate on the left bar. Click on $affiliate and then go to commissions.

Affiliate Classified on top bar go to account and then to referrals.

Needs any further help he should contact support as mentioned above
