I remember in the good ole days where people (Friends within Adland) use to join in thye same programs together and they were successful together because they stuck together, there was pretty much harmony when me and John actually started the POTW long ago. Its really a shame that through discord as years went by that everyone left. I sure miss those good ole days.

But the good ole days are gone, now we are looking for better new days. Life changes all the time as you well know. Change is good it gets your mind working. We really need change to survive. So a lot of new, good, things are coming. No turning back just looking ahead.

Lots of people still join businesses here with each other and are successful. It all has to do with personal focus. Business success doesn't all revolve around the POTW election. Adlandpro is part of our advertising routine, not the entirety of our internet advertising. I see lots of Adlandpro members all over the internet and we recognize each other, the recognition from this community reaches across other networks and that leads to people joining with each other, and many of them do come in to vote, even if they don't always post in forums. I'm in touch with dozens of Adlandpro members every week who aren't here consistently, lots of them are in my businesses teams and lots of them vote. It hasn't all fallen into discord, people are easy to contact everywhere, they just need to be reminded about the election, and if they want to vote, they will.

I really like Dennis's last post and Bogdan has been following all this new enthusiasm and suggestions. There are some great changes that have happened in recent days and more to come in the near future. We do need to keep things in perspective though. There is no one place that is going to provide the answer or solution to what people are looking for. The POTW forum is great and getting better, but at best is only going to be one small peace of a very big puzzle. I have shared a number of other communities with most of you. We need to be branding ourselves in many places as people providing solutions. One community is not enough. One list is not enough. Adlandpro is probably my favorite but I have several that are on my daily routine. I would be happy to be part of an Adlandpro Coaching Team, A Trouble Shooter, or a Peacemaker. I do seem to have an ability to get along with almost everybody. I ask for help from above in that every day.
