Career Opportunities in a New World of Advanced Technology and Sustainable Abundance

Do you remember your young and full of world-changing ideas self? Those may have been exciting times for some of us. However, choosing and committing ourselves to a career or educational path was never short of challenges and setbacks.

Yet, for those fortunate enough to have had access to formal education or training, having a degree may have helped secure good jobs, good pays, and a comfortable life; not necessarily happiness and fulfillment, though.

One may wonder how today’s young ones, the so-called Millennial generation, are doing; in particular, as we look around and see a mix of high unemployment, increased inactivity and precarious work (even for graduates) in advanced economies, as well as persistently high working poverty and low access to education or training in the developing world. In fact, the number of young people out of work globally is reckoned to be close to that of the entire population of the United States.

We can’t help but ask ourselves what will happen to this overflow of young people in a world where advanced technology and automation is fast replacing more and more jobs typically done by people. We already see it coming with tablets on restaurant tables taking people’s orders, software guiding our shopping online, 3D printing, and even driverless vehicles.

So, are Millennials facing a much more daunting task at meeting their needs, let alone, their aspirations?

Well, with greater challenges come greater opportunities. When we think about it, with machines replacing backbreaking work, or offloading a lot of mundane decision-making and tasks, people will be able to do other more fulfilling and productive things. At the same time, brand new jobs are being created to support the existence of technological advances. Who would have thought a company needed a social media strategist, and a social media team, or specialists in online education, online advertising, and data mining and modeling?

On the other hand, humans are likely to be valued for their unique skills and capabilities like creativity, flexibility, and caregiving. As such, activities that cannot be performed by machines and high-technology devices, no matter how sophisticated, will be highly valued. Futurist Thomas Frey predicts several job titles like Plant Psychologist and Memory Augmentation Therapist, by 2030, which is not as far away into the future as 9/11 is in the past to our present.

While previous generations were given predetermined career options in which to try to fit their talents and strengths, today’s young ones enjoy unprecedented freedom to draw on their unique talents, passions, and perspectives, to re-invent career paths.

Thus, Millennials can rejoice in the freedom and embrace the opportunity to pursue career paths that provide them with the means needed to meet both their material needs and their personal aspirations. As such, they will be key in helping us shape a much more fulfilling world; a new world of Sustainable Abundance.

Archangel Michael made a comment to me in my last reading which I can’t get out of my mind. He said:

“I beg of you, do not assume that, when you write of what you are calling ‘the inner work,’ this does not have profound effect because the focus of the leadership movement right now is on the inner work.” (1)

What does it mean to say that the focus of the leadership movement is on the inner work?

I interpret it to mean (1) a plumbing of one’s values, principles and stands in life and (2) a clearing of the debris of past lives and this earlier life.

A plumbing of one’s values, principles and stands in life seems to be a widespread practice today, reading the articles that Graham Dewyea posts.

And a clearing of debris is something we haven’t been able to avoid in the last two or three years, I think we’d all agree.

Almost every lightworker I know is involved in both, so it certainly accords with what I see.

But what is this “leadership movement” he refers to? Who’s in it and what are they like? It’s that that I’d like to look at here.

Souls of Light

SaLuSa tells us that the intolerable conditions we now live under will continue until the people demand their removal and a new leadership emerges to act on the people’s wishes.

“Mankind is being confronted with conditions that are becoming intolerable, and they will continue until you are forced to deal with them. Peaceful solutions can be found, but it requires the will of those that lead you to seek more acceptable and lasting solutions.

“You can no longer continue in the old ways, and in some countries it will require a new Leadership to come forward to direct Mankind towards peaceful and acceptable answers.” (2)

According to him, many in existing positions of leadership will leave because they don’t understand what’s happening at the present time and they feel the need to make way for those who do. The new leaders who replace them will be protected, rather than being offed by some alphabet agency.

“The powers that be are generally speaking unaware of what is bringing about the chaotic conditions upon Earth. Often they are spiritually ill equipped to understand the implications of what they see happening and of necessity they will make way for those who do, and have the interests of all people at heart.

“We know who they are, and they will be protected to ensure that they can take their place of leadership when the opportunity arises.” (3)

So no ice bullets (that melt) laced with poison, no heart-attack-inducing drugs, no airplanes slamming into mountains.

So there’s no reason to fear leading or the new leadership and countless reasons to support it.

The old elite will be forced to resign, SaLuSa explains.

“Major changes are yet to take place where your leadership is concerned, but eventually those who refuse to relinquish their role will be forced to resign. Many souls of Light await their opportunity to step forward to lead you onwards towards freedom from the attention of the dark Ones.” (4)

Who are the “souls of Light” who wait to step forward? What are they like? SaLuSa suggests that the old ways will no longer be accepted and that the new leaders will be honest and moderate.

“The old style leadership is changing. No longer are those simply out for personal power and wealth able to fool people so easily.

“Instead those with a more moderate approach and with honest policies are being accepted, and they came into this period of time specifically to lead you forwards to your intended destiny.” (5)

The vacuum created by the cabal’s departure, he says, “will be filled by those who respect and honor your sovereignty.” (6) Sovereignty means free will. Can you imagine a government honoring your free will? No, you won’t be allowed to harm others but then I don’t suspect you’ll want to, in the new world.

“Through enforced governmental changes, more souls of the Light will take up positions of importance that will ensure [programs that benefit the people] are seen through as intended and in no way impeded or denied.” (7)

SaLuSa explains that the arrival of our star brothers and sisters on the planet depends on conditions being right, and that includes first and foremost a new leadership to welcome them.

“The conditions upon Earth must be conducive to receiving us and our plans for your upliftment, and that means having the right people in power that we can trust to work with us. Clearly that situation does not exist yet, but the people are becoming more aware that they need changes of leadership and are working to that end.” (8)

If you wish to welcome them sooner, perhaps run for leadership and elect new leaders.

The energy for new leadership is already here, Diane of Sirius tells us:

“Humanity is crying out for leadership that will remove the [dark forces] that are intent on destroying the world, and restore sanity and a feeling of oneness and co-operation. The energy for such changes is already there and simply seeks an outlet for its manifestation. The gravity of the world situation with so much starvation and shortages imposed by policies intended to bring countries to their knees is awakening others to the need of prompt action.” (9)

Illuminati Perpetrators

What old leaders will be removed from power? Not just governmental leaders, Archangel Michael informs us. Moreover, he confides that most if not all of them will be placed in one form or another of containment in light boxes. (1)

“You can look to the removal of effective power by many who have been in positions of leadership. And we don’t just mean the heads of state. We also mean those in positions of social leadership [and] financial leadership, because that is very connected to the equalization of resources.

“Similarly, those who have positions of power in the military, all militaries, who have been fully aware of your star brothers and sisters but who only wish to engage in warring scenarios – well, that is never going to happen. So they are also on our list of containment.” (2)

Saul says that many of the Illuminati perpetrators will be forced into retirement.

“The truth about the deceits and betrayals that have been inflicted on people everywhere will continue to be made public to ensure that those who perpetrated them are recognized and consequently do not obtain positions of leadership or influence again.

“Integrity, honesty, and openness will be the hallmarks of society instead of the meaningless rhetoric of a dishonest and discredited leadership which will now go into retirement, where it can learn the true purpose of human existence – to evolve spiritually, thereby bringing love and joy to all human activities, and ensuring that everyone, without exception, has all their true needs abundantly provided.” (3)

Notice that Saul affirms the “true purpose of human existence – to evolve spiritually.” To evolve spiritually until we know our true identity, our essence, our true nature. So now the Illuminati will be introduced to the quest and they may start over in the spiritual journey of life.

Sheldan Nidle’s Agarthan sources, somewhat bombastically, suggest that the present regimes will be discarded.

“This [global] transformation will consign the present governments to history’s dustbins. Replacements exist that allow for a most needed and grand makeover. The dark can no longer maintain its game of mischief. There is a spiritual need to dissolve their long, disguised leadership. It is the moment for bravery and for acts of needed kindness.

“This realm is headed toward the Light. Those who condone the dark can no longer be permitted to rule. Those who comprehend this are required to disclose what is needed and to act quickly.

“This ‘quiet revolution’ is happening slowly across this reality, and a grand move will bring this magnificence to the fore. We expect this and many wondrous events to occur, to bring into being what the people of this surface world have long required. We fully support all events that lead to such a successful ending!

“In conclusion, the time is indeed ripe for a non-violent revolution of immense proportions. Your world has long waited for changes that have yet to become visible. Behind this veil is a vast movement that needs to become the present way of your world.” (4)

That doesn’t preclude existing leaders having a change of heart, Archangel Michael tells us, a little more gently than Sheldan’s Agarthans.

“I will tell you this. There is phenomenal — and I use that word in the true sense of the word — phenomenal progress being made on the forefront of changing — what you call cleaning up — world government, government in general.

“This is happening, a great deal is happening, on the unseen level. And what do I mean by that? It is exactly the same as what I’ve been speaking to each of you, my beloved friends, about in terms of finding your heart, your balance, your worth and eradicating doubt.” (5)

The old leadership is being worked on, he tells us, some of them being in containment in light boxes.

“Do you not think that every leader — and we use the term not simply to represent the official leader of a government, of a nation, but the leadership in terms of the collective — [is] being worked on, some in containment, some not?

“Some are already very clearly having what you would think of as a change of heart, an awakening. The face of leadership is changing, period. And what you think of as leadership is going to shift back to the collective, to the people.

“And that is true not only in what you think of as, oh, very violent, controlling, subversive, suppressive, dictatorial, whether it is declared as such or not, situations. It is also going to shift in what you’ve thought of as perhaps more liberal or open societies. Because even in what you think of as the open, clear, democratic nations, the cadre of the inner circle and the back-door politics have to shift. …

“It is changing one heart at a time.” (6)

It’s staggering to think of how all this could be changed one person at a time and not take a hundred years.

I asked him how the celestials and ascended masters were going to do this. He responded:

“Each of you, at different times in your life, has experienced a change of heart. And there have been the changes of heart that have taken a long time, in your view, perhaps years or even a decade, but each of you has also experienced a change of heart because your perspective, the lens of your consciousness perceives differently, has informed your heart and allowed your heart to see the truth. And your change of heart happened in a moment, in a millisecond, in a heartbeat.

“So don’t think in terms of shift of leadership that we’re talking decades. Don’t forget, Gaia is anchored in the fifth. Do you really think — aside from anything we would do — do you think that Gaia or your star brothers and sisters, all of whom are existing in a higher dimensional reality, can or will tolerate government that is not based on love, on fairness, on serving the people, not taking from the people? They will not.

“So you’re talking rapid change. You’re asking timelines. Next year when we speak on this very program — so let us mark the day — your world and government will look very different.” (7)

The heart opening that I had on March 13, 2015, changed my life in a heartbeat so I can imagine what he’s referring to.

Tomorrow we’ll look at the model of lightworker leadership as stewardship and what will signal that the change has begun in earnest.
