Hi Marilyn, Thank You for this wonderfull post. Having 4 children of my own, I well appreciate, Ol Saint Nick. Santa Claus summed up, is a little bit of good will in every heart, that same good will that becomes more apparent at Christmas than any other time of year. Folks,if you have ever played Secret Santa, donated to Toys for Tots, Angle Tree, or the Salvation Army. If you have ever invited a stranger, or new aquaintence to you house for Christmas dinner. The spirit of Santa Claus is in you, let it shine, and be proud. Lest we not forget, Christ was born on Christmas day. Wisemen, bore gifts of gold, frank incence, and mur, but the greatest gift of all, was the blood of Christ, that would someday be shed to attone for all of our sins. We often think, if we had more, we could do more, and are sometimes emmbarassed, for optining to spend 5.00 on great aunt Suzy while spending 50.00 on Billy the butcher down at the corner store. Please remember, the price tag is always smaller than the heart. Jesus came into the world with nothing, left with nothing, yet gave everything. Andy Zeus Anderson

Hi Marilyn, This is a great story!! I teach my children the true meaning of Christmas - the birth of Jesus. When they ask if Santa is real, I have no problem saying "yes, he is". Santa is the spirit of giving and why do we give? Because God gave us the most precious gift of all ... Jesus!! The wisemen gave gifts to Jesus and now we give gifts to others. But, people focus too much on the gifts now and forget the real reason why we give in the first place. Merry Christmas to all!! Please keep Christ in Christmas!! Your friend, Beth

Your whole response said it all...thanks so much for that! God Bless You! Marilyn
