HI Sheila, Thanks so much for your story! I think it is great that your daughter has been able to believe in Santa for so long. I was around 11 or 12 years old before I found out...of course, people and times were different then! It is was so devastating to me to find out that Santa didn't exist. I wish I had someone to share a story with me such as this grandmother did with her grandson! Perhaps, you should explain to your daughter that Santa still exists in all of us by giving to people less fortunate than us! I think it wouldn't be so hard for her then.
