Hi Arthur,
It just goes to show how shameless some of these people are.
Here is the message they sent you:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
""Hello Arthur Bolduc,

One of them is bonus on upgrading.

WM"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I ran this through my BS filter and got the translation for you.
The true meaning is as follows:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Hello {insert name of intended victim},
Though our scam is temporarily disabled, I want to tell you that we are planning to take even more money off unsuspecting people soon. We have some big scams planned. One of them is to lure you with a sham we are calling a bonus.
If you are silly enough to believe us you will receive 100 completely useless credits free. And if you donate more than $20 in cold hard cash you receive three-fifths of five-eighths of nothing in pretend cash.
Be prepared to receive the best scam from us in the next 14 days - sooner if we can trick people faster."
WM = Wealth Maker (me only - ha ha!)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When you said: "Like they actually expect me to trust them again! Do they think I have already forgotten about the money they took?"...
Every time one of these things flops and takes everybody's money (and hopes) the people who they have duped just get more steely in their belief that the internet is a place where thieves abound. Unfortunately, This has a "rub-off" effect on honest marketers too.
Arthur, they won't get you the second time round but they will get a new batch of victims. That is how they operate. I think I mentioned it somewhere else on this forum - I call them the "swirling masses" - fresh meat!
