	Hello Again Kathleen I know it is thick because of all the grains and I used my hands to mould it but putting it in the fridge gives the grains time to absorb the moisture from the wet ingredients. Once it is in the fridge just do what I do and relax and watch some TV !

	Hi Kathleen When I take it out of the fridge it is a log shape which I then cut into individual circles and then use my hand and squash them flat before the oven.
