Portugal?  Another place that I have never been but would like too.  Enjoy your time and have great experiences.

Speaking more about "beating around the bush", I think sometimes parents do this in trying to NOT answer questions that children may have.  I remember the first time my daughter asked me where babies come from.  As the father of this little girl, I WAS NOT prepared to answer that question.  I could not help but think of shotguns and many tortuous events.  LOL!!!  After many squeemish moments, I finally gave in and said, "Everybody knows the Stork brings them".   She gave me that look that only a girl can give.  LOL!!!!

I am so glad you are having a great time, and it is nice you can let us know you are enjoying yourself.

Getting back to beating around the bush:  I remember when I was a kid, when I would ask one of my parents if I could do go somewhere or do something and they would say go ask your, mother, or father. So I know this is beating around the bush, it was frustrating.
