We have many fun, interesting, and simply caring people in the Adland community. I, too, feel very blessed to be a part of it. You also wrote: "All the best to you! Keep smiling and eat lots of watermelon! My farmer hubby told me watermelon has more lycopene than tomatoes...so eat up and stay healthy!" Your husband is correct about lycopene in watermelons. According to the experts at the National Watermelon Board, watermelon is the lycopene leader among fresh fruits and vegetables. Watermelons also contain excellent levels of vitamins A, B6, and C. But I love watermelons for more than health benefits. They are just soooo cool! As a watermelon lover, I'd like to share with you one of Chef Harry's beautiful presentations.
