With several months of chaos and craziness behind us in 2017, it's helpful to look forward with new eyes and a new resolve based on hope for a better world. In this article I'll outline context for energy shifts and provide some tips for thriving in June. Yes, you can thrive in the face of uncertainty and daily doses of negativity out-pictured in our world.

As I mention in my "2017 Predictions," hope is essential to move forward. We must strive to connect with hope, regardless of how dire our world appears. We must remember that there is goodness in humanity and love at the core of all beings.

Context for Energy Shifts

In June we will experience a combination of (1) tricky planetary transits likely to stir emotions and (2) helpful alignments for making progress with creative projects and mending fences in troubled relationships. On some days you may feel the effect of both - emotions (yours or other people's) more on the surface and your finding you have the energy to create positive changes.


Enhance your success potential by being present and mindful. You will thrive by noticing changes in energy or circumstance, and responding with divine timing. Sometimes the window for timely action is minutes, or even seconds.

Example: you are at a conference and meet someone indirectly connected to your field of interests. You may have only a moment to exchange information before going your separate ways. Trust your intuition. If you get a strong nudge to connect with someone, act on it. You don't need to have the details of "why" in the moment - just do it.

Most likely you are already sensitive in nature. The energies and events of these times can be quite challenging for sensitives. Keep in mind, though, that you have inner strength and other resources for coping - more than many people around you can access. Remember this in those moments when you feel pushed to the edge. Apply what you know and make an effort to tap your vast inner strength. The more that you do that, in fact, the stronger you become.

As June begins, polarity and division energies continue to catalyze an underlying sense of tension and stress in society. Do your best to be aware of these undercurrents but keep your perspective big picture. With a higher view, you are less likely to feel overwhelmed and more likely to be a calm and conscious voice for constructive changes. This is part of your role, after all, as a divine changemaker.

Energy Dates to Watch

June 9 is a Sagittarius Full Moon. The energies of this Moon can help bring more truths to light and catalyze breakthroughs. A project in development could receive a nice push forward under this influence. Tip: make and energize intentions for your goals at this time.

June 20 is Solstice. This is a change of seasons, but more than that, it's a powerful energy gateway. The potency of this gateway continues to unfold throughout the week and into the weekend of June 24-25. Tip: use the time period June 20-25 to do inner work, reflection on your next steps, and energizing of your heart-felt dreams.

June 23-24 is a Cancer New Moon. Happening soon after Solstice, this New Moon is a significant moment for catalyzing new starts, updating approaches, and finding new partners. Tip: meditate on what you want to manifest, getting clear about specifics and the connections between things. Be open to the new.

Set Your Own Thrive Bar

June can be a month of opportunities to express your light. Decide now that you will be present and looking forward, rather than looking backward.

This means that you begin anew daily. See yourself and your life path in a fresh way. Let go of how last month was, or what you have accomplished (or not accomplished) so far this year.

Recognize that you alone determine what it means and how it feels to thrive. Set your own thrive bar. Don't let the world tell you what it is.

Don't let others, through comparison, make you feel small or not enough. Simply be your best self each day, one idea and one action at a time. Trust that you are enough even before you make the first step, and take that feeling of confidence into your next steps.

When the state of the world gets you down, remember that love will win as we humans are wired to love.

Dear One,

When you are in harmony with your heart's intelligence, seeking answers to your life's questions outside yourself will seldom be necessary. This seems impossible to you and yet this is a time when people no longer need an intermediary to be in tune with God, the Source of all Life.

There has been a quickening in the vibrational frequencies on and around planet Earth. Because you are an electrical being, you are very much affected by this increased Light. A higher level of energy enables you to attune yourself to a finer vibration, which allows you to consciously receive the resonance of wisdom and love from the Divine Mind. Wisdom and love come through your energy field as light energy, which carries with it information allowing you to live more in harmony with the needs of your soul.

This means that as you pray and meditate, you raise your vibration and draw to yourself, like a magnet, a high frequency of light and love-filled energy. As this energy permeates your being, it opens your mind to receive answers to any question you put forth. You have the capacity to be a conduit for information, as well as for the ecstasy of God's love.

It may not seem possible to receive answers to complicated questions. Yet this is true only when fear and doubt cloud your perception. Pray to receive clearly, and pray to know the truth that is in your highest good. You can ask to know beyond a shadow of a doubt. Then you can follow the "Diamond Covenant of Moses." This declares that you are willing to do whatever is revealed to you, when you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that which is in your highest good. This willingness to follow your inner guidance sets up a flow of energy through you, which allows your Higher Self to be attuned to your conscious mind.

When you are in a relaxed and expanded state of being, you have access to all the wisdom of the universe. The Angels are available to flood your mind with love and light if you ask. When your being is filled with love and light, you understand consciously what steps to take in any situation. This inner knowing may not be immediately apparent to your conscious mind. However, as you go about your day, you will begin to respond to all situations with greater calm and certainty. When you look back, you will see how you just "knew" what to do.

Practice:

Try writing your question on a piece of paper. Have it with a pen close to you as you meditate, and pray to know the truth beyond a shadow of a doubt. Call on your personal Angelic teacher. Ask that your Higher Self be in tune with Divine Mind. Now sit, breathe in a rhythmic way, and allow your mind and body to relax. Visualize yourself sitting in a pillar of golden light connecting Heaven and Earth. After sufficient uninterrupted time, you may feel the impulse to write.

While you pray and meditate, you are in an expanded consciousness. From this place all answers are obvious, yet the critical nature of the mind loves to make judgments. Do not read your answer right away. This will defuse your inner critic. After an hour or so, go back and read what you have written. Most likely you will surprise yourself with the simple, practical solutions to your questions. With practice this process becomes easier, as you set up a direct conduit to your higher self, that part of you in touch with the angelic dimensions and divine guidance.

This is the dawning age of direct guidance and wisdom. You no longer need priests, gurus or those outside yourself to show you what is in your highest good. This does not mean that teachers and role models are not important. It does mean that you do not have to seek outside yourself to find the answers to your most important questions. No one else knows more than you what is right for your life. When you are aligned with God and spend quiet time in prayer and meditation, all that you want to know will be there for you.

For the Sun: This Symbol shows how at times in our lives we seem to, or need to, grow up and mature. We realize that there is only so much that one can do with youthful force. This Symbol shows that it is time to use mature thinking, using your intellect and intuition and being able to take in the consequences and responsibilities of one’s actions. Allowing mature wisdom to come through, there can be a feeling of one's mindset changing and growing. Responsibilities are taken on board and it’s time to stop ‘tearing around’ and to be more serious about life and its ramifications. Going from reacting with the lower emotional nature to thinking with the higher mind. Pondering. Thinking things through. Finding answers. A state of stillness. Forever young.

For the Earth: This degree shows the ability, and the necessity, of being able to rise up after difficulties in one’s life, somewhat like the Phoenix rising from the ashes. One needs to maintain hope and draw together with others who share a sense of faith in the future and in community and the goodness of life. There will be times of spiritual rebirth where you can rise above the failings of the past into new beginnings. Coming out of doubt and despair can lead to a new sense of love, faith and compassion. Join with others in a spirit of joy. There's a need for unwavering faith in communal spiritual values. Performing deeds with reverence. Communal expressions of faith. Peace rallies. Revivals. The need for faith in a bright future. Devotion. Worship. The phoenix rising from the ashes.

Special Note of Thanks To Wise Owl Theresa Geise for transcribing Laura's recorded message from last March. I also tend to work more successfully from the written word rather than from an audio. And in reading the report, see more clearly some of what Laura had said about going forward.

I am in contact with Laura from time to time, though not regularly. And I did not receive specific instruction on how to continue with the messages. Only her comment that she would from time to time offer reports as she saw fit.

So in the meantime, I plan to post basic information. For myself, though, not being the astrologer, it is not so easy. But for continuity, I will include:

2) Sabian Symbols for Sun and Earth for the day

For me personally, the moon phases offer the most tangible resonation of energy. And since this resident energy is reflecting the energy of the Sabian symbol for each month, I will also note that as well. Also do not be surprised if I share music.
