Hi Kenneth, I agree with you that to successfully make a sale, we must first make the person "feel" that she really needs what we offered. When I first getting some junk mails, I was quite impressed with their way of promoting something. However, when the same mails keep coming in from different person, I realized it was just a pre-made email copy provided by the product owner. It instantly turn off my feelings.
