I think these are legitimate concerns and that we should have a spreadsheet made up showing what's coming in and what's going out on a monthly basis. My concern is for the Easy Hive Toolkit since I'm the main admin there. But all the programs need to be listed in order and show which ones are paying and which ones aren't for one thing so we can decide which ones to keep and which ones to ditch. The members at Easy Hive Toolkit need to be paid when they reach cashout too. I've asked for Dennis to make sure they get paid and to send me receipts so that I can debit the accounts. I know that he has a lot of responsibility and that's probably difficult to keep up with everything, and that's why we should have something tangible to show for what we're doing.
I believe it was the intention to keep back only 15% for the purchase of resell products and to keep the hive going. I thought the rest was to be split amongst the members. At least that was my impression. To be totally fair, I think after paying the Easy Hive Toolkit members we should set up a spreadsheet and have all the programs listed, how much we're paying out for resell products, how much each program is paying us, and a balance to show how much profit we're getting. Then that amount should be divided evenly amongst all full team members..regardless of whether they're in g1 or g2. Then the programs that aren't doing well should be removed or we should rethink our advertising plans. We also should have a set advertising budget that we will stick with and show expenses for that minus the profit they're giving us.
I'm sure there's someone who has the expertise to set this up and have it show everything for all to see. If we don't have impeccable records we're just playing it by ear and that's not good. We have to have some credibility and run this like any other business. Otherwise we're just playing a game and there's always some risk involved. We can eliminate some of the risk by showing what we're doing and what it's doing for us. That's what any real business would do and Our Hive Team should not be an exception to this rule.
