Becky, you're as wonderful as ever! Thanks for showing that there will be new changes coming for Our Hive Team for the better.  Financial and fiscal responsonsibilty will be just as important now while we're at this level of membership with the numbers.  Good financial habits now will be very important later on  as we grow.  It's rewarding to have good bookkeeping.  It does reduce the amount of anxiety and everyone can sleep better at night knowing everything is sound.

Glad to see everyone so busy as they are.

God bless you Beez.

Terry.

Hi Everyone heavy discussion today. You know I have to throw my two cents in :)  I agree with Becky things should be in spead sheets its a business just like any other.

I do feel that it should only be available to the managers. As we know some have come and gone in the hive. Full timers and temps honestly I don't think it would be a good idea to have everyone up in our financal doings. We all know and have earned our way where we are today. As we grow more could be included.

Also the money should be discussed in a private forum. Well that is my opinion.

Thomas you been rocking and shaking today :)

Keep Smiling

Peaches :)

I agree with Peaches and Becky.  It would be better to have some type of physical record of earnings.  Just to have a back up system if nothing else.

Hello Beez

Ok this what we have tried.I have Given Becky and Larry the Paypal user and Pass many times for the G1 earnings.
Becky won't go into our PP account
Becky Has Full Charge of RME accounts
I Have Paypal ,Alertpay,SolidtrustPay Egold

Ok G1 accounts are G1 Accounts there is no need for G2 Members in G1 business

G2 Len has full charge of those accounts Paypal ,SolidTrustPay and any others G2 has.

The Hive earns 15% off the top from all Groups thus Far G2 hasn't earned enough to make a payment yet .  But that will change G2 has some investments. So Len has those accounts.I don't even have access to G2 accounts. And really i  don't need to have access and  don't want access to G2 accounts. What Len tells me i trust his word.

There will be Dennis ,Larry and Becky in  the  G1  accounts that is all we need. If  they want to pop in and Tell you what we have in earnings they can and could do so at anytime I hide nothing.

We Voted on investing  $400 and it was voted a yes to invest the whole $400.We won't post where we invest in an open forum.

The last Trasaction from our Paypal account  was $6  to Terry to pay for our safelist we have started i'll let Terry and Becky post more on that.

When Hive G3  starts  G1 and G2 Business will be all seperate accounts to keep things from intermixing with each other. We pick managers to open new payment processor accounts.I trust Our Hive Managers in the Hive I hope All Beez do also.G3 we will pick a manager. All each Group needs to know is what's earned in that group.

Why has there been slow payments.I'll tell you right up front what i think.

We are saving to invest. If i pay 15 people now they pocket the money and leave the Hive accounts Dry with nothing to invest and earn later.

People say there working like dogs and no payment this round. This is exactly why we invest so our money earns for us without tons of promoting.
We want you to be in a Huge share of the earnings not nickle and dime.

So Guys the Managers Vote for only G1 is that we invest the $400 asap. We'll let you know when that matures at the end of the Term.

Bottom line is anyone in the Hive that doesn't agree with these Votes by our managers the vote can't be changed.

Dennis

Ps

Yes Maybe we are turning into an investment Group.
I think that is a great road to follow.

Ok, here's what's bothering me.

1. We're not here to fatten ourselves and our own pockets. We're here to help the hive to fatten ALL our wallets. We as managers need to be responsible and decisive and not be flying around willy nilly jumping on every program we see. The program hopping has to stop!

2. As managers we need to be training the temps and the only way we can train them is if we ourselves are trained to do what it takes to make this run like a well oiled machine. When we have managers on skype jumping aboard other chats and everyone is sending links left and right and everyone is getting off topic and talking about what their dog did today or how their hair dye turned purple, that's not a good example to follow. It clutters up the chat and makes it hard to scroll  down through all the chatter to find out what's going on. We need to pick a topic and stick to it.
We also need to use skype to let the managers know if there's a problem or to get ahold of us when they need help, and we don't need to just sit and chat all day. We aren't getting much work done when everyone is chatting and being sociable. There's nothing wrong with doing this at the end of the day to shoot the breeze and relax after a good day's work, but we shouldn't make chatting the big priority.

3. I've spent a lot of time setting up programs that we can use to make money for the hive team, as have several of us, and a lot of these programs are very good ones and can make us a lot of referral cash if we learn to use them correctly and put them all together as one, just like we did with the g1 programs, the rotator and the viral url link. That made it where we could promote all the programs with just one link instead of promoting them all with seperate links. A rotator is a great way to randomly promote each of our programs and viral url makes the url easier to remember and gives us a way to track our hits.

I also helped to train the g1 managers on  how to use this and how to set it up. So I would be very willing to do this again to help Len train the g2 managers to do the same for their programs.

Easy Hive Toolkit

Easy Hive Toolkit pays members who upgrade 12% daily for ten days on their upgrades. That's 120% of their upgrade so they're earning at least 20%, but they have to surf to earn or buy credits. The problem is that we gave the hive team members free pro and some of us have learned that they could upgrade with earnings, which is ok for now, but what happens when people start asking for cashouts and the money isn't there? There has to be money coming in for money to go out. We're paying out for money that hasn't been paid in and this will cause us grief eventually. We need to get this program into profit and we're going to need to sell advertising and make the program more enticing to get people to upgrade. The faster payout will be good, but at just $1 for upgrades it's not much money for surfing ten days. So I'm going to be running a firesale on upgrades. Starting Friday, upgrades will be going up $1 a day until at least 5 people say UNCLE. But our little problem with the gmailer that caused the host to shut it down also made her shut off our email from Easy Hive Toolkit. I can't email the members now. So I need for someone to contact her and get her to turn our mail back on.

Our Downline Builder

I set up a downline builder with free affiliate programs that I know will pay us for referrals when someone upgrades. You don't have to upgrade to get paid with any of these programs and you don't have to join them all, you can just put your id in the ones you're already a member of or you can join if you want and just promote the one link and earn from your referrals. There are only about ten programs in there. All are free to join. This is a great way to build a residual income that will keep paying long after you stop working. But only a few people have signed up. These programs will work but you have to do a little something to make them work. Without promoting, nothing we do can do us any good. It's that simple.

All the programs we have that are OUR OWN are the ones we should be promoting the most. This is 100% commissions! All the ones that we promote for someone else only pay us what they want to pay us. But when WE OWN the programs, that's what will make us rich.

Easy Hive Toolkit Forum

I set this up to give us a way to get more traffic to our programs. You can register and advertise there if you want and start discussions that will be read by the general public when they hit the search engines. I would rather have a simple machines forum and I can set one up in the place of this one. Simple machines has a lot better features and is a lot easier to use. I would really like to see more people signing up and using it for what it's worth. Yes adland pro is our home. But we can also be using our own domains for forums and link up with high traffic forums that will bring us more exposure for our own domains. That's what will get US indexed by search engines even faster than what Adland Pro can do. I already moved some of our content from here to the other one, but we're divided on the reasons for having our own forum. I'm not here to cause confusion, but Larry has a forum he's using for us and it's helping to get more traffic to our programs too, but our own domain would be a lot better for Our Hive Team. I can set up any kind of forum script and make it look like a hive of busy bees. But we all need to do our part and promote it. Another good reason for having a rotator link.

Anyway, these are some of things that have been on my mind and I hope that I haven't overstepped my bounds in bringing all this to the table. BTW...I also have a hot conference room that we can have manager meetings in. The one I have only allows for ten people, but I can get one that holds up to 300 if need be. We need to get in there and get trained so that we can help people to duplicate our efforts and get the leverage we need to make this thing work like it's supposed to.

Sorry for my long windedness, but I had to get this off my chest.

Becky
DID YOU KNOW? The U.S. Social Security Board reports that 85 out of 100 Americans reaching age 65 don't possess as much as $250.
