Hello Beez,

G-2 has no programs yet that have been voted on so I think the first program to vote on is Xooma that should be voted on by majority of all the managers.

My vote is no because it does not fit very well as far as a Hive team concept. We have other options.
Thats my opinion as a manager of G-2.   I hope you will all vote on this.

Thanks,

Len

I say we still promote the Automatic xp mailer.  That does sell and it should be carried over.  I would love to have xooma in the mix for group 2; however, as Len points out, Xooma is not a simple ---sale equals commission type product.

With Xooma, the one link being promoted is still an excellent idea - however, that link specified is that of mine.  I know that with my xooma url, I am required by Xooma to do $100 in product orders a month personally... to make money. BUT that's including 4 in my downline also ordering the same amount,... $100, per month in products.  Because the product is superb, it is possible and people do order that much.  They even have the x20 Blast for the 'soda' lovers and for the kids.

So, say all of the above is in tact and does take place.  Earnings would show me at $125...for the above-described scenario.

so basically Xooma tells me that the $100 I spent is now covered.. plus an extra $25.  The idea that $25 is the profit.  I would then give back 50% to the team from the $25 profit.  That is how it would have to work.

Obviously more than 4 people ordering at $100 per month would generate more money.  Case in point, Robin is making  in the thousands per month - I'd rather not specify here but you get the point.

I would love nothing more than to work xooma with the Hive but as Len pointed out it's not a simple sale equals commission type of product.

So if Group 2 does not want it, then I hope at least the banner code and url for xooma that I submitted to Becky can remain on her ptc area of the team surf site. I cannot change how it's structured and at the same token you will get those ordering at the $9.99 level and autoship at $100, or you will get those who just order 30 sachets a month - at $25.. again.. unless the person is ordering $100 a month, I make nothing.

IT's looking like no products company can be considered for Group 2 if there is a structured build up and money requirement necessary to be met before money is made..if that is the case, then I'm now wondering about some of the other considerations.

I was just hoping that we could base our group 2 on some trust and resolve.  My original plan was to have one page from Group 2's representation to include xooma and other products in a banner format.  And promote the ONE url, via the HIVE TEAM>>>>>>>>
that if enrollments started to come in on xooma at the levels required to make money, that I would then pay back into the hive team.

It's a no brainer that I cannot pay what I dont receive.  I know that if I promote xooma, eventually I will get there.  It would be nice to have the group 2 promoting it on a webpage.  But when asked how is payment going to be given to the Hive.. I cannot answer the unknown. You could all just go to the compensation plan shown on the site... that might help a bit.

Again, to try it is to know.. but you at least have to give it a little time.. Robin actually suggests 90 days trying the stuff to know for sure.
I cannot make any of you want to try it but those that do, I will do my best to get samples out to you.

Unless and until people actually try the product and I dont mean just for one week. without realizing the benefits of what it does, how can they in all honesty be behind it? If they try it and like it, it could get to where they can justify $100 a month for them and their loved ones.

We also have Terry's Avon site, the fuel legacy site, and the multi-pure site.  we definitely need to include the xp mailer that's like our signature product, it seems.... a sale, equals commissions.  If you like the idea of xooma and want to be more patient, it could work...just not as fast as a sale = money.

GO HIVE!

The nature of a promotable program, good for the whole team.

So, what does that look like?

I someone finds a program to promote for the whole team, then what characteristics should that program posses?
