There are a few in my downline who are very good, but there are many who quit without trying, or they have sat there for a long time and lost momentum.  I hope some of them remember their motivation that they had when they started!  I think that goes for all businesses, we need to work extra hard to cover for the losses of those who quit.  Then again, if we get out our calculators and figure out "What if everyone was as great as so&so, or as great as myself, I'd be earning a huge amount per month...!"  I wish we could put motivation in a bottle and sell it!

People do join things too quickly, and quit quickly.  I've had people jump off my program and join free things expecting those to go better.  Actually there's not much more motivation in promoting freebies, those also fall by the wayside and people lose momentum.  With paid programs, I try to work hard enough to at least gain double my investment hopefully within the first month, that's a good goal to set.

Hello Kathy :) thanks for the invite, i see that you studied up on the MLM situation, for the most part people who find the MLMs so scary and give it a bad rap is becasue there not in it for the long haul and so they cut out when nothing goes there way, people tend to use the internet for fun rather than use it for business, if your like me you'll do both, and more thing is if it sounds to good to be true and has no disclamer anywhere on the capture pages? If the dollar signs are up in the 10.000 rage and higher,,,FORGET IT! drop it, move on dont waste your time or money. The potential of earning 100s a month is more like it, if you happen to be in a market like Steven S and I are with WIN you will see your account grow with revenue plus an opportunity with a cash prize each week, from 10 buck to 100 bucks, mutible times, depending on your downline. Nothing is quick nor simple, its long and you have to put some effort in it to get the right kind of results your looking for :)

There are tons of questions we should ask ourselves, we all need to do some soul-searching about business programs and our amount of success.  Sometimes it's ourself, sometimes it's the company, or both.  Failure to plan is planning to fail.
