Yea, I suppose I do go the long way around it.  I am from the old school and still love to do things the old traditional way.

I've tried the turkey in the bag, and it's okay for not drying it out.  Thanks for visiting and for the suggestion, but I think I'll stick to my way.

That is one of my favorite songs to hear around this time of the year.

I have another favorite.  I have the song here at home, I taped it when some of my neices and nephews was singing it one year.  It goes to the tune of Joy to The World.

It goes:

Joy to the World, barney's dead,

They barbecued his head,

What happened to the body,

They flushed it in the potty,

And round and round it went, and round and round it went,

And round and round and round it went.
