You are so sweet.  When people ask about my childhood and life, I usually avoid the issue or change the subject.  But I am glad I feel comfortable sharing it here amongst my friends. 

Yes, my faith has carried me through a lot of hard times, but I made it, and shall continue to strive to become an even better person.
