Peter,

I am posting a link for you telling you everything about lactose intolerance, the cause and how it can be cured, the natural way.

If you have any further questions, I would invite you to a forum that I moderate Ask Tony Isaacs

I hope this helps.

Hugs,

Luella

Hi Luella, You certainly may share my recipe with anyone interested! I hope we can share more recipes in your forums or elsewhere, maybe I'll list some in my health topics forum too. Thanks for looking up the edaname. I didn't know that was a name for soy beans. I will check on your link regarding soy. Yes, I use sea salt. I should have started using it earlier, because I found out I have hypothyroidism less than a year ago. I now take thyroid medication. Stay healthy! DonnaZ

Thank you Donna!  Yes, let's share more recipes!

What a coincidence, I have hypothyroidism too.  This condition is very prevalent nowadays.

Hugs,

Luella

Spill the Beans about Beans
Beans are not the typical American side dish, but they are nutritious and delicious and deserve a place on your dinner plate. Beans supply important phytochemicals and are a great source of fiber. According to AICR’s landmark report on diet and cancer prevention, there is probable evidence linking foods containing dietary fiber to a lower risk of colorectal cancer. This recipe features green beans and canned white beans as well as edamame, immature soybeans that are commonly seen in Asian cuisine. Rosemary and garlic liven up this dish with unexpected flavors.
