Thank you.  I do too.  My mother just had surgery on her eyes on the 30th of October and just turned 76 on October 22nd.  I would like to see her.  Keeping my fingers and toes crossed.

If I knew how, would probably have my eyes crossed too.  Just kidding, about the eyes or maybe not.

Well, this is a happy place indeed.

As an English woman living in France, I don't celebrate Thanksgiving Day, but I'm going to keep coming here to learn about it and to get some good recipes.

I make my own bread and that pumpkin bread sounds scrummy.

I'm going to do a lesson on Thanksgiving with my students.  I've got plenty of info to sift through here and I've already used some info from Thomas.

Will have to simplify some of it so that it's not too difficult, but I think they will find it very interesting.

Now, I'm off to bed.  It's one o'clock in the morning again and hubby is grumping at me.
