Oh bless their hearts Sara.  That is such a misnomer today, fed by fear.  And exactly, this result is a weak immune system. 

Weak immune system = illness = doctor = prescriptions = money.

We were so much healthier years ago when we weren't so careful.

Hi Luella, Thank for providing the link to the PDF. I downloaded it and will read it. I walk outdoors up to 5 days a week in nice weather. I no longer wear sunscreen so do soak up some rays of the sun during my walk. In winter (I live in Indiana) the weather is just too cold and blustery for me to walk outside. Fresh air and sunshine do make one feel instantly better! DonnaZ

Hello Donna!

I too love to walk.  The only time I don't walk is in the rain or snow and during the summer I do walk in the evenings when it is a bit cooler.

The more I read and learn, the more I want to go back to basics and enjoying the little things in life.  They give the most pleasure.

Mother Nature is our best source for health.
Yes Mother Nature is and when we as humans get back to basics as we used to be years ago, eat lots of vegetables and make our own meals, instead of buying fast foods, ready prepared food, that is full of adatives, Trans fats and other unhealthy fats and oils, then and only then with we be healthier and slimmer as the human race used to be. I am even making my own yogurt again, its not full of sugar like the comercial ones are, it may taste a little tarty, but its like we used to be able to buy years ago.
