Mother Nature is our best source for health. Yes Mother Nature is and when we as humans get back to basics as we used to be years ago, eat lots of vegetables and make our own meals, instead of buying fast foods, ready prepared food, that is full of adatives, Trans fats and other unhealthy fats and oils, then and only then with we be healthier and slimmer as the human race used to be. I am even making my own yogurt again, its not full of sugar like the comercial ones are, it may taste a little tarty, but its like we used to be able to buy years ago.
