Hello Keith,

Thank you for your input.  Long exposure to direct rays of the sun, of course, should be avoided.  Yet, people have been taught to fear the sun altogether.  Some sun exposure touching the skin is necessary, as we need that natural Vitamin D.  Taking walks and exercising are also very benericial.

We need to get back to natural healing.  God's medicine if you will.  When one has a healthy diet, coupled with exercise and a healthy lifestyle, one need not be overly worried about illness.  These methods, along with Vitamin D from sunlight, boost the immune system.

Hugs,

Luella

Yay Sun!
Have you noticed that we were healthier when we went outside to play more than we stayed indoors?
Now rare ailments like autism are showing up in significant numbers and are commonplace.
How could anything called "Mother Nature" be bad for you?

Did you know the average person needs only 20 minutes of sunlight per day to get the required dosage of Vitamin D?

Love this stuff please keep it coming Luella!

"Sunlight, sunlight in my soul today,

Sunlight, sunlight all along the way.."

Thank you for posting this about how healthy sunshine is, of course too much of anything is bad but all those statements in your post are true.

Now, convince my son and daughter-in-law. She carries an umbrella everywhere she goes and they use sunblocker by the gallons.  They also have little immunity.

Thanks,

Sara

Joyce!

And don't forget all the different types of mental disorders.  Actually, there is a study that claims that autism is caused by something gone wrong in childhood vaccinations.  Got to do more research into that one.

Mother Nature is our best source for health.
