Yes, Luella the power of the rays of the sun, but not direct exposure to it,for long periods, is well know as very beneficial for many conditions we as humans can have. It the heat as in summer though exposure, should be more limited by wearing clothes that cover and wearing a hat and sun screen. Another great thing for helping beat depression and gaining weight is walking a while everyday as is activates the endomorphines in our brain and helps stop depression as well as helping our muscles and circulation etc. Thanks for your imformative information.
